Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Typee ("Service") and its users regarding the use of the Service.

1. "Service" means the online typing practice platform provided by Typee.
2. "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
3. "Account" means the user identification created through Google OAuth authentication.
4. "Records" means typing speed, accuracy, Number Search scores, Football Quiz scores, rankings, and other data generated through use of the Service.

1. These Terms become effective when published on the Service.
2. The Service may modify these Terms when necessary.
3. Updated Terms become effective upon publication.
4. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service provides:

• Online typing practice
• Brain games (Number Search, Football Quiz)
• Personal record storage
• Ranking and leaderboard systems
• Additional features determined by the Service

The Service is generally available at all times but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or operational reasons.

1. The Service does not provide a separate registration process.
2. Access is available only through Google OAuth authentication.
3. Users are responsible for maintaining their Google accounts.
4. The Service is not responsible for issues arising from lost, compromised, or restricted Google accounts.

Users may freely use the Service but must:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Avoid disrupting normal Service operations
• Respect the rights of other users
• Refrain from fraudulent or deceptive conduct

Users must not:

1. Use macros, bots, or automation tools
2. Modify source code or client software
3. Manipulate rankings
4. Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
5. Generate records through abnormal methods
6. Interfere with Service operations
7. Violate applicable laws

1. The Service retains final authority over all rankings and records.
2. The Service may modify, reset, or delete records deemed invalid or fraudulent.
3. Rankings may be adjusted according to operational policies.
4. Users have no right to demand permanent preservation of records.

The Service may suspend or permanently restrict access without prior notice if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Uses macros or bots
• Manipulates rankings
• Modifies source code
• Disrupts Service operations

The Service may permanently terminate the account and delete all associated records.

1. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
2. Personal information and records will be deleted immediately upon account deletion.
3. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

1. The Service is provided free of charge.
2. The Service may display advertisements, including Google AdSense advertisements.
3. Users acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed while using the Service.

1. The Service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. The Service shall not be liable for damages resulting from such modifications, suspensions, or termination.

1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
2. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or preservation of user data.
3. The Service shall not be liable for failures caused by force majeure, system failures, or network interruptions.

The collection and processing of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
